Waxing questions.
As a general guide, hair should be about the length of a grain of rice — roughly 5mm, or two to three weeks of growth. This gives the wax enough to grip for a clean result. If you’re between appointments, try to avoid shaving in the meantime.
Most clients book every three to four weeks. With regular waxing the hair grows back finer and sparser over time, and appointments become quicker and more comfortable. We also offer a discounted Tidy Brazilian for clients returning within four weeks.
There’s some sensation, particularly on more delicate areas, but it’s brief and eases considerably with regular appointments. Our therapists work quickly and gently, and most clients find it far more manageable than expected.
