Nail Service Policy
At Belledonne, we take pride in the quality of our nail services. To help maintain the best possible experience, we ask that you familiarise yourself with our nail service policy.
- Satisfaction with your service. If you have any concerns about the shape, length, colour or finish of your nails, please let your therapist know before leaving your appointment. We are always happy to discuss any concerns and make adjustments where appropriate.
- Chipping, lifting & breakages. We stand behind the quality of our work. If you experience lifting, chipping or breakage that you believe may be related to the application of your nail service, please contact us as soon as possible, ideally within 3 days of your appointment. Where appropriate, we will assess the issue and determine whether a complimentary repair is warranted. Repairs are assessed on an individual basis and are subject to the condition of the nails and the nature of the issue.
- Aftercare & normal wear. The longevity of your nails depends on several factors, including nail condition, aftercare, daily activities and exposure to water or chemicals. Following the recommended aftercare advice and booking regular maintenance appointments will help keep your nails looking their best. Damage resulting from accidents, picking or peeling, impact, failure to follow aftercare advice or normal wear and tear may not be covered by a complimentary repair.
